Sample Alignment

Once your sample is loaded, sample alignment can be carried out from the 'Alignment' perspective. 

The left panel displays the OAV image of the sample position.

The central panel allows you to manipulate the sample. Here you can centre the sample by clicking on the crystal in the OAV image and manually rotating the crystal by +/- 90degress or +/- 180 degrees. In addition from this panel you can control the backlight and backlight and frontlight brightness, the zoom level and take snapshots of the sample.

The right panel provides extra centring tools including 3 click centring and automated centring based on the loop or crystal diffraction (X-Ray).
