The AutoAnnealer will block the cryostream for a user specified time causing a flash warm and cool cycle in the sample which can benefit diffraction but often will destroy the sample.
The annealer can be set from the Hardware tab of the 'Tools' perspective (red box below). Annealing should be considered a last resort as it is very often destructive to the sample.
