ISPyB provides a managed environment for keeping track of your experiments at Diamond, and can be found at: https://ispyb.diamond.ac.uk/.
VMXi users interact with the VMXi beamline via ISPyB, through which images from the Formulatrix RI1000 imagers can be viewed, crystals selected, and experimental parameters applied. From there, the whole data collection process is automated with your experiments being added to a queue. Following data collection an email is sent with a link back to the experiment results in ISPyB.
