Data Analysis
All data are processed using the same pipelines available on other MX beamlines at Diamond. Datasets from crystals collected in the same well (and soon in designated groups) will be automatically processed together, which can result in complete datasets. The beamline is capable of collecting exceptionally high-quality data, comparable to that collected on the MX cryo-beamlines you are familiar with.
DIMPLE and MrBUMP require user input to run.
In addition, from the Diamond beamlines you have access to a wide range of software tools including standard MX software packages and additional analysis software.
Reprocess with XDS
It is no longer necessary to have a specific file provided by the beamline in order to process your data using XDS. Instead the XDS team provide a script to do this: generate_XDS.inp. This will use information from the image headers to provide the most up accurate .inp file for your data.
