All payments made through this website will be to Diamond Light Source and will show on your credit card statement as Diamond Light Source.

Disclaimers: 
Diamond endeavours to ensure that the information it provides through this website is accurate and accepts no liability for any errors and omissions. It is your responsibility to check your booking confirmation and ensure that it is accurate. Any errors must be reported within 7 working days. Although in most cases it will possible to rectify bookings, the organising committee reserves the right to refuse rectification(s), if deemed unreasonable by the local organising committee and /or outside the general terms laid out in this document. The event organisers reserve the right to alter venue and/or the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control. This would form no grounds for refunds or exchanges.
 
Bookings: 
Once your booking has been received via the online booking system, we will contact you to verify the details and confirm the booking. We cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of confirmation emails. If you have not heard from us within 10 days prior to the event, please contact the event office on +(0)44 1235 778384.
 
Currency: 
All prices quoted on this website are shown in UK Sterling (British Pounds). VAT is included in all quoted prices at the prevailing rate. Payments: Full payment must be received 30 days before the event, otherwise your booking will be cancelled and you will be refused access to the conference.
 
Cancellations: 
As places will be limited, please make every effort to inform us about a possible cancellation at the earliest opportunity.
Places are transferrable without any charge, but notification must be received in writing no less than 10 days prior the event. Failure to do so would result in a cancellation. Cancellations more than 7 days prior to the event will incur an administration charge of 10%. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will be charged the full fee.

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Office events@diamond.ac.uk. All refunds will be made by the method of original payment. When booking online, you have the right to cancel your booking within 7 working days of the date of payment, and receive a full refund. To do this, please contact the Conference Office at the address above.

Data Protection: 

The personal information provided by you will be held on a database by Diamond Light Source Ltd for the purpose of the conference. Any personal information you give to us will be processed in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018. Personal information provided by you will be used to deliver the services you have requested and, if you provide your consent, to inform you of Diamond news, events and related activities. We will not share your personal data with any other third parties with out your consent, except where we use third parties to carry out or develop certain services for us in which case we will inform you of the third parties we use.

If you do not wish for your personal details to be held with us to inform you of Diamond news, events and related activities please do not tick the box when you register and you will only receive information about the booking you have made with us.
