If you want to bring your own library, please dispense your compounds into one of the following three ECHO-compatible plates (see Labcyte webpage):

Please note that we are routinely using fragments in DMSO at a concentration between 100 and 500 mM. From experience, lower concentration significantly decreases the hit-rates.
Download the Fragment plate map template by clicking the link here. Once you have added your compound information, send it back to your local contact prior to your visit.
You can either bring your library plate on your day of travel or ship it to us prior to your visit (arranged by filling in the appropriate part of the XChem Form). If so, please send the plate in dry ice.
If you don’t have echo-compatible plates, you can bring any other plate type or format and transfer the compounds in echo-compatible plates on-site.
Lastly, as we are using acoustic dispensing to soak the crystals, all compounds must be fully dissolved for the transfer to be successful.
