There is a wealth of information on cryo-EM in the community mailing lists of 3DEM and CCPEM which remain very active. Generally you may find answers to very specific technical and academic questions, as well as broader high-level discussions.
There are otherwise lots of resources on the internet that aim to provide training and education in cryo-EM. This page aims to collate some of the resources that are available to give a helpful starting point to newcomers and or refresher for experienced cryo-EM structural biologists alike. It is not intended to be an exhaustive reference list.
When using these resources, the reader is encouraged to consider when the resource was created. There is always something to be learned but cryo-EM techniques have and will continue to develop rapidly, so when you are at the microscope in your own institute do follow the advice and protocols that are in place locally.
