To share a link to a data collection, spectra or other event on ISPyB, you should use it's permalink. Click on the chain icon by a dataset:
This link in the webpage address bar can then be shared with those whom have access to the data (i.e. on the same proposal, or Diamond staff) and will not alter over time, unlike other links within a visit.
