Most of the sessions are remote, but users are welcome to attend sessions in-person. If you would like to come on site to attend your session in-person, please ensure you indicate this when submitting your ERA in UAS and let your local contact know well in advance.
All samples must be entered into the UAS and have an approved ERA before they arrive on site. Once a sample is approved in the UAS system, users can ship their samples to eBIC.
We strongly recommend users our sample shipping service when visiting in-person to ensure dry shippers are tracked and montiored for the duration of the visit. Users who do not use our sample shipping service are solely responsible for their sample arriving and leaving eBIC.

The electron Bio-Imaging Centre is located on-site at Diamond, in the I14 building near the synchrotron.
