I24 offers a wide range of capabilities in microfocus macromolecular crystallography. This ranges from conventional 100 K data collection from pin-mounted samples to in situ data collection and serial crystallography. Serial approaches available include fixed targets and viscous extruders, and provide access to ultra low dose data collections and dynamic crystallography. The beamline is fully tuneable and provides a small beamsize and high flux for tackling the most challenging problems in MX. Full details can be found on the beamline webpages:
https://www.diamond.ac.uk/Instruments/Mx/I24.html.
For challenging and new experiments it is recommended that users contact beamline staff ahead of any experiments to help ensure the beamtime is as successful as possible.
