Email: [email protected]Technological developments over the past decades have enabled the use of crystallography in a time resolved fashion with ever greater time resolution. More recently, collecting diffraction data at room temperature has gained popularity using synchrotron and / or X-ray free electron laser (XFEL) radiation. My research interests revolve around understanding the chemistry behind biochemical processes, e. g. enzymatic reactions, using time resolved crystallography and complementary techniques. During my DPhil I worked on a variety of projects, including time resolved crystallographic studies on enzymes involved in antibiotic biosynthesis and antibiotic resistance.
