All users need to specify the details of the contents of their dewars via ISPyB.
Academic users within the UK or EU can have two dewars per shipment reimbursed when using ISPyB to book shipments with DHL, subject to the terms and conditions. Using any other shipment method/ courier, the sender is responsible for setting up an appropriate shipment with their courier, and no reimbursement can be made.
