Erin is a joint Ph.D. student between the University of Exeter and Diamond. Erin's Ph.D. aims to investigate the consequences of age-related mitochondrial disease in a multicellular organism, C. elegans. At eBIC, she will be using HPF of whole worms followed by cryo-FIB lift out to generate lamellae for cryoET imaging.
