Erin is a joint PhD student between the University of Exeter and Diamond. Erin's PhD aims to investigate the consequences of age-related mitochondrial disease in a multicellular organism, C.elegans. At eBIC, she will be using HPF of whole worms followed by cryoFIB lift out to generate lamellae for cryo-ET imaging.
