Sample View

To view all details of a sample, you can select from the view of the data collection:

Sample View

Sample Details

This takes you to a summary page of all details of a sample, starting with the details provided prior to data collection:

sample details

From this it is possible to view summaries of all samples of the same protien, as well as views of the dewar and the shipment. Furthermore one can edit some of the properties of the sample. This can be useful prior to reprocessing data. Note that the components, abundance and volume information are not currently utilised.

Inspections

The inspection section shows the time series of images from the Formulatrix imager. The scroll interface shows all images taken.
Inspections
The image can be clicked, which takes you to the container interface.

Sub Samples

The sub sample interface shows multiple data collections, referred to as point type, and grid scans, referred to as region type.

Sub Samples
The table shows the position within the well, number of grid scans and data colelctions at those locations and the status of autoprocessing pipelines run on that collection.

Data Collections

All the data collections from the well are summarised at the bottom of the page.

Unless a particular subsample has been selected, then just this is shown.
