Align sample on cryostat at 300K, add Be dome and cool to base temperature. Energy tuned to K/L edge of magnetic element. Use Pilatus detector to look for potentially magnetic peaks at possible k-vectors. Use temperature, polarisation and azimuthal scans to identify magnetic signal. Repeat for enough reflections to determine magnetic structure.
If you have any comments, suggestions or corrections, please contact a member of the beamline staff.
