Expression, purification and crystallisation of membrane proteins
I have over 15 years' research experience, during which I gained skills in a wide range of molecular biology techniques including membrane protein purification and crystallisation. My main role at Diamond is to support researchers who come to use MPL. I perform expression trials, purifications, assays and crystallisations with the MPL users, adapting procedures at each stage as required, to establish conditions which produce high quality protein and crystals.
