Anna serves as the office and facility coordinator for three cutting-edge research facilities at Diamond Light Source, the UK’s national synchrotron science facility.
In her role, Anna acts as the administrative and operations point of contact for the electron Bio-Imaging Centre (eBIC), the electron Physical Science Imaging Centre (ePSIC), and the I14 beamline - each dedicated to advanced imaging techniques for biological and physical sciences.
Beyond administrative coordination, Anna oversees daily office operations, provides support to executives and senior management, and assists both staff and users with their research activities, providing operational and administrative support in coordinating the eBIC user programme.
Notably, she plays a key role in coordinating communications, managing the facility's website and social media presence, and ensuring health and safety compliance for eBIC.
Additionally, Anna takes charge of organising eBIC visits and facilitating events, workshops, and training courses at this state-of-the-art facility.
