SAXS data comes in many shapes and sizes and there are a range of tools available to help the user analyse their data. Some of these can be accessed via the in house computing servers, including Dawn derived tools for data reduction and peak fitting, etc and ScÅtter. There is an introduction to DAWN and what it can do in the 2015 Annual Review.
Support for SAXS data reduction can be found on our External Confluence and GitHub sites
Other software available on our computers includes the Svergun Group software, ATSAS, for Biological Solution Scattering, Scatter for polymeric systems and FISH for colloidal systems.
The 2D data reduction pipeline perspective available within Dawn has many features for SAXS data reduction
