Oxford Lasers A- series Laser Micro-machining system


Science Group: All
Comments:
Laser micromachining for precision cutting of non-hazardous substances such as metals and rock. Examples of use include: machining positioning plates, beam stops, pin holes etc for beamlines, user samples such as rock. Specifications: • 532nm Diode pumped solid state laser (5Watts) • Rotary axis (X-150mm travel and Y-50mm travel positioning) with micron resolution • Maximum component size is 150mm x 50mm • Machinable thickness varies dependent on material type (<1mm) • AlphaCam software used for programming (supports DXF files)
