A User in the characterisation Lab 91
There are several support labs in the Spectroscopy Village shared labs between I18, B18, I20-scanning and I20-EDE. I08 has an additional support lab due requirements to be in proximity to the beamline for cryogenic specimen preparation.
The shared labs consist of two wet labs (92, 94), one dry "equipment" lab (93) and a characterisation lab (91).

In addition a clean room and a radionuclide lab are available on special request. Please contact Fred Mosselmans about these two labs in the first instance.
The Wet labs have two fume hoods each and a deionised water supply. There is a selection of basic equipment such as hot plate, balances, calibrated pipettes, glassware, pestle and mortar, tweezers, spatulas etc. in the labs . A small portable O2-free glove box is also available.
