  • Endstation 1: Bruker Vertex 80v Vacuum-FTIR with Hyperion 3000 IR microscope.
  • MgCdTe (MCT) single and 64x64 focal plane array (FPA) detector.
  • Endstation 2: Bruker Vertex 80v Vacuum-FTIR with Hyperion 3000 IR microscope.
  • MgCdTe (MCT) single, 64x64 focal plane array (FPA) detector and far-IR bolometer detector. 
  • Reflectance/transmittance objectives from 15x to 74x including attenuated total reflection (µATR) mode.
