This overpressure glove box is maintained for the transfer of dry materials, such as alkali metals under very low oxygen, water and solvent levels. The use of non-aqueous solvents is allowed. It also includes a balance and pellet press. Gas used is ambient Argon.
- Programmable logic control touch screen system
- Large round anti-chamber with sliding tray & round mini antechamber.
- Regenerable purifier unit. Gas –Ar/H2 mixture (H2 3-5%).
- Attainable purity: - H2O <0.1ppm; O2 <0.1ppm; activated carbon solvent scrubber removes solvent vapours but levels are not measured.
Glovebox Balance: 3 decimal place balance for weighing mg - g samples
Heat sealer available upon request
Small volumes of solvent are permitted
