To provide fundamental and practical lectures in cryo-EM, from the electron microscope and sample preparation, through to image formation and processing, reconstruction in SPA/cryo-ET and model building.
This course is targeted at the Oxford Wellcome Trust Doctoral Training Program (WT DTP) students but open to the wider Harwell campus community via a virtual platform. Remote practical sessions also cover sample preparation, cryo-EM screening, data collection and cryo-ET.
Where possible the slides and recordings of the lecturers are provided on the course pages.
