*Limited Parking on Campus*

Due to a large number of building works on site, parking on the Harwell Campus is extremely limited and visitors’ parking cannot be guaranteed. We strongly recommend travelling by public transport, where possible, if you are attending an event at Diamond. Further information can be found here.

Workshop Fee and Registration

The cost to attend this workshop is £80 for Standard delegates and £45 for students, which includes a catered lunch on the 26th and 27th February, 2 full days of content, facilty tours and poster session on the 26th February. 
A worskhop dinner will be held at Cosener's House on the 26th February, which can be attended for a small additional fee of £25 for standard delegates and £20 for students. 
Registration will remain open until the 11th January.   All participants are encouraged to submit an abstract for talk or poster presentaion - see details on how to submit below.

Abstract Submission

Submission for oral and poster abstracts is now open. 

Please follow the steps below to submit your abstract by the 9th December 2018. 

Steps-by-step abstract submission;

  • Use the template provided below to submit your abstract in pdf or word doc format
  • Save the abstract as file name - PresentingAuthorSurname_Firstname
  • Click the link below to take you to a formsite form where you will be asked to complete some basic questions and contact information and upload your abstract
  • To submit multiple abstracts, repeat the steps above and submit each one individually
  • You will receive an on-screen confirmation immediately after the successful submission of the abstract. An email will follow shortly after (to the email provided during submission) summarising the submission and providing you with a unique reference number.



Decisions will be issued by the 17th December 2018.

Accommodation is not included in the delegate fee, however a block booking of rooms has been made at Cosener's House Hotel in Abingdon, where the workshop dinner will be held. Details on how to book can be found below (rooms are availalbe on first come first served basis).  Please also see a selection of other hotels local to Diamond that are well served by public transport.
