Hosted by Diamond Light Source, the 12th International Conference on Inelastic X-ray Scattering, IXS2021 will be held in Oxford (UK) from Sunday 18th to Friday 23rd July 2021. It continues a series of meetings held biannually, most recently hosted by Brookhaven National Laboratory in New York (2019).

This conference will bring together scientists from all over the world interested in the use and development of inelastic x-ray scattering to address a broad range of materials science problems. IXS2021 is your opportunity to share new scientific discoveries and the latest developments in IXS instrumentation, experimental approaches and theories, and to discuss future directions in the field.
