On I24 it is possible to collect data from your samples in situ in SBS format crystallisation plates. This enables you to:

Other SBS plates may be used but they will need to be provided in advance of your beamtime to set up the beamline.
Plates where the well has a rounded bottom present significant problems locating crystals.
On I24, room temperature data collection is accessible by using the HC1.
For this you will need to bring with you the plates of growing crystals. These are then mounted on the goniometer in SPINE standard pins containing a micromesh from Molecular Dimensions or MiTeGen.
