The University of Oxford have provided access to a unique JEOL ARM300F electron microscope dedicated to atomic scale imaging at world-leading resolution.
Johnson Matthey contributes with access to a world-leading probe-corrected JEOL ARM200F electron microscope, equipped with double-windowed EDX and EELS spectrometers, dedicated to chemical analysis with atomic scale resolution.

Phase Focus Limited of Sheffield, UK has an international portfolio of patents and pending applications which relate to ptychography. A current list is available at . Use of the patents and pending applications at Diamond is restricted to using X-rays at energies between 124 eV and 150 keV under an umbrella licence which Diamond has with Phase Focus. Diamond users proposing the use of ePSIC to process datasets using a type of ptychography that involves iterative reconstruction methods are required to contact Phase Focus directly to arrange an appropriate licence prior to applying for use of instrument time at Diamond.
