The Accelerator Operations Group is responsible for;

• Round the clock operation of the Diamond Storage Ring, Injection System and associated subsystems.
• Preliminary Fault diagnostic and remedial action to maintain operational status.
• Providing Emergency and First Aid Cover for the synchrotron building.
• Providing access/ATW control for the Storage Ring, Injection System and associated subsystems.
