Diamond will normally make no charge for use of the offline laboratories for non-proprietary work of an occasional nature. For charges relating to proprietary use of the laboratories, please contact the Industrial Liaison Office.

If regular access is required and agreed with the staff responsible for the offline facility then consideration will be given to charging for the additional consumable costs that are entailed by the work.

Travel and Subsistence

Diamond Light Source will not reimburse the travel and subsistence costs of users of the offline laboratories unless this is part of pre-beamtime visit of an approved beamtime experiment.
