Registration for the eBIC Opening Event is free. Registration includes refreshment breaks and lunch (24th April) access to all talks, poster session and optional facility tour of eBIC.
Registration for CCP-EM Spring Symposium is subject to the rates below. Delegates also have the option to purchase accommodation at the point of registration (see Accommodation section below for further details)

The eBIC opening event and CCP-EM Spring Symposium will be held at Diamond Light Source, and Rutherford Appleton Laboratory at the Harwell Science and Innovation Campus. Registration will be open from 09:30am on Monday 24th April 2017 - please report to main reception where our Event Team will greet you.
Accommodation is not included in the delegate fee. However the CCP-EM Spring Symposium Committee has made reservations with two local hotels (Milton Hill Hotel and Premier Inn Oxford South) for the 24th and 25th April which can be booked and paid for at the point of registration.
Rates are as follows;
Single Occupancy Room Rate | £220 |
Double Occupancy(Twin) Room Rate | £110 |
Please note the allocation of hotel rooms will be agreed by the organising committe and it will not be possible to make a preferential selection for either hotel during the booking process. Both hotels are within a 5-mile radius of the Harwell Campus and are bookable on a Bed & Breakfast rate and have onsite parking facilities. A complimentary transfer bus will also be running between each campus and the Harwell campus (further details will be made available on booking).
