  • Monochromatic, pink and white beam modes
  • Beamline acceptance : 2.5mrad (h) x 0.15 mrad (v)
  • Energy resolution (DE/E): 10-4 – 10-3
  • Beam divergence @ 10 keV at sample (fwhm): 1 mrad x 0.2mrad (h x v)
  • Beam size at sample (h x v): < 200 mm x 200 mm in focused mode
  • Flux at 10 keV at sample :~4 x 1011 ph/sec in a bandpass of 4x10-4
  • Monochromator: Water-cooled Si(111) double crystal monochromator 
                          : High flux multilayer monochromator in due course 
  • Very high harmonic suppression by using multilayer optics (to be available later)
  • Focusing by a toroidal mirror at 1:1 magnification
  • Ability to change focal distance of toroidal mirror by ±5m
