Current Research Interests

I work mostly on automation on I03, I04, i04-1 and I24, looking after the BART robots. I also work with the Data Acquisition team on improving the python scripting within GDA, and with the scientific software team on the automatic data analysis.

I have worked on different methods for automated crystal centring on the beamlines, including optical centring using machine vision plugins on our axis viewing system, and X-ray centring using combinations of grid scans.
