The super-resolution light microscopy facility at B24 is being developed and constructed as part of a collaboration with the University of Oxford (Micron, NanO, Engineering department, StruBi) and aims to provide B24 users with the opportunity to collect data on vitrified samples using either SIM or dSTORM before moving these same samples to the X-ray microscope for tomographic data aquisition. Data collected from a sample on the different microscopes in B24 will have the potential of cross-correlative analysis enhancing the depth of information that can be generated in user projects.
