I12 hosts a variety of detectors for imaging and diffraction experiments. The list below gives an overview about the key features of these detectors.
|High resolution imaging detector PCO pco.edge|| ||available|
|High resolution imaging detector PCO pco.4000|| ||available|
|High speed imaging detector Vision Research Phantom v7.3 || ||available|
|Large area 2D detector Thales Pixium RF4343|| ||available|
The imaging cameras are used with optics modules consisting of scintillators, mirrors and lenses. Different modules are available to cater for different fields of view. The scintillator materials and thicknesses in each module are chosen to provide the best available match to the associated lenses.
